Accessibility statement

JetOS d.o.o. strives to make its websites accessible in accordance with the Act on the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Sector Bodies of the Republic of Croatia ("Official Gazette", No. 17/19; hereinafter referred to as: the Act) transposing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies (OJ L 327, 2.12.2016).

This Accessibility Statement applies to the JetOS d.o.o. website located at https://jetos.hr/

Level of compliance

The website https://jetos.hr/ is partially compliant with the Act due to the non-compliances listed below.

Inaccessible content

- some .pdf files contained in the posts were not entirely created by exporting from the source file from the Microsoft Office Word tool with accessibility options selected, but by scanning printed documents, that is, they are not accessible because they are not properly prepared for screen readers;

- part of the images and files do not have a suitable text description (alt text);

- pdf files do not open in a new browser window (tab), and .doc and .ppt files are available only as downloadable files;

JetOS d.o.o. works to eliminate observed non-conformances.

Disproportionate load

For all discrepancies JetOS d.o.o. temporarily invokes the exception due to disproportionate burden in the sense of Article 8 of the Act.

In accordance with Article 3 of the Act, PDF files published before September 23, 2019 by JetOS d.o.o. qualifies as an archive and they are exempt from the application of the Act.

Technical limitations

Technical limitations of the current system architecture prevent the achievement of full compliance of the JetOS d.o.o. website with the Accessibility Act, which is reflected in the difficulty of people with disabilities to navigate the website due to the complexity of pages and subpages, the limited number of possible search methods and complex procedures for entering material.

Increasing the level of accessibility

Given that the aforementioned shortcomings exist, JetOS d.o.o. will eliminate them over time, all in accordance with recommendations for improving system accessibility and with the aim of achieving full compliance with the Accessibility Act for Websites and Software Solutions for Mobile Devices of Public Sector Bodies.
